Blistex, Inc. has discontinued production of their "Foille" spray can line. However, Foille will still be available in the oinment tubes........YUK! Can't help but think......."Wun-der-bar." What genius made the decision to discontinue the Best and most convenient product they ever had. Has this genius ever tried putting foille-ointment onto( his or her) own back after a shower for sunburn? Foille spray-cans had been around for over 40 years. If the genius had looked really hard, any 5th grade Science student would have suggested putting foille-spray into a "Hand-pump" container. It must be "ALL ABOUT THE MONEY."...............DAH !!!

Once again summer is upon us here in the Southwest desert. For those of you and your children that are extremely vulnerable to sunburn, especially when you have forgotten to put on your sun block, here is a Hot tip to prevent those agonizing after effects from the sun. I have been using this tip for more than forty years. Go to your local Safeway, Bashas etc, (perferably beforehand so you will have it on-hand when needed), and ask the druggist for a first-aid spray called "Foille". If they don't have it on-hand they can get it for you within a day or two. Cost about $5.00 per can.
After it becomes aparent, usually while you are showering that, you have spent too long in the sun and, the water hitting your body feels like someone is sticking you with an ice pick, and when you are drying off, you feel your skin tightening up, try this! Spray the burned areas with "Foille". Within fifteen or twenty seconds, your skin will begin loosening up and the burning sensation will begin to subside. Do this again before bed and, in a couple of days or so you will have forgotten about your burn.
The next best part is, where you were burned will usually only turn red and not blister-up with water under the skin etc.. Foille is also a must to keep in the kitchen of your home for those cooking accidents. It works great for scalds and splash burns also, especially with small people around!!!
Try it. You will like it!!! Much better than anything I have found on the market anywhere!!!

It is imperative that every man, woman and child have a urine test done at least once per year. Usually, you will have to ask your Doctor to have this done. Very few doctors will order urinalysis testing on an annual basis today, without definite cause! This is where they can find early signs of Cancer.
In 1997, I started passing blood in my urine. Shortly thereafter, it was determined that I had two cancerous tumors that were attached to each other and attached to the lining of my bladder. My surgeon told me at the time and I quote, " Medical research data indicates that cancerous conditions have been found within an individuals bladder from seven years of age, all the way up and into the nineties. They have found bladder cancerous conditions from the size of the head of a pin, and on an average, all the way up to the size of a golf ball. In my case they were combined, about half the size of a baseball. Cancer will become attached to the lining of the bladder and as it grows, if this cancer isn’t discovered and removed in the early stages, it will penetrate the muscle wall of the bladder and then it can spread to other organs within the body". He also told me that "If, I had waited another forty five days before going to a doctor, I would have most certainly lost my bladder, or even worse"! Two years ago I heard a story from a friend about a doctor who supposedly made this suggestion to some of his patients," If you have Arthritis symptoms in your fingers, hands and ankles as I do, you might try this recipe":
One 15 oz box of golden raisins deposited into a vented top container. (A large cool whip container works very well). Fill container above the top surface of raisins with economically priced Gin. Cover with vented lid and keep refrigerated. Take two or three teaspoons full every morning.
Well folks, I have been using "Old Doc’s" recipe continuously for the last two years. I am living proof that "It may not cure Arthritis completely", however for me it certainly does relieve the pain and stiffness.
Every morning, add 1 tablespoon of organic unfiltered vinegar into a container of hot filtered water. Add unfiltered 100% pure honey or maple syrup to taste. Drink and it will help regulate lower bowel activity.
Did you know that food processors and packers could put just about any type information they like on the front of their labels? They can call a product low fat, no fat or fat free, etc. However, when you do your grocery shopping the next trip, no matter what that item may be, that you are about to through into your cart including so called organic foods, turn that container around and read the ingredients label. A good rule of thumb is, If you can’t pronounce the names of the preservatives within the ingredients that are in that item, Don’t put it into your body!!! Some packers will even try to hide the ingredients label by changing the color of the printing to blend into the background coloring of the label to make it harder to find, some will even change the direction of the printing and it takes longer to locate it. Also, you may find that in some large named grocery stores, they will even place the organic and better grades of foods on the upper shelves or the top shelves because they cost more and they are harder to see and read and much harder to reach. Be aware!
